Accolades

May 2007 - City Council Environment Award.

The Invercargill City Council promotes quality development and redevelopment in the City Centre. The Environment Award is only presented once every two or three years and is the most significant of the Council Awards. It is presented for projects which are outstanding examples of good practice and contribute significantly to the Invercargill environment.

Our Environment Award was "in recognition of the work done in conserving this Invercargill landmark".

"The Council congratulates you on the contribution to the Invercargill environment that your property makes".
Terence Boylan, Principal Officer - Resource Management, 23rd May 2007.
