From Queenstown
Continue along State Highway 6 in towards the centre of Invercargill City. The State Highway will become Main North Road and then Dee Street. At McDonalds (Victoria Ave) turn right for one block, then take the first left hand turn. This is Leven Street. Continue along past The Wharehouse, Katmandu, Smiths City and Dick Smith etc and through the Spey Street traffic light intersection. Noel Leaming, Lighting Plus, Bond & Bond will be on the right. Followed by Spotlight, Knight Factory Shop, and the Invercargill City Council Car Park Building on the left. The Hotel is the first building on the left after the City Council Car Park.
From Dunedin
Continue along State Highway 1 in towards the centre of Invercargill City. The State Highway will become Tay Street. Drive the full length of Tay Street and proceed through the Troopers Memorial Intersection with Dee Street. This short section of road gently curving to the right is The Crescent. At the roundabout (a three way intersection) turn right. This is Leven Street. The Hotel is on the right and the Main Entrance to the Hotel is "at the other end of the building".
Other
Avoid Esk Steet. Although the Hotel occupies the block along Leven Street from Esk Street West to Picadilly Lane be aware that Esk Street does not pass through Wachner Place.
